Build Network

Each member has the option to join up to 3 organisations of their choice. This gives him flexibility to join the network of employees of not only his current company, but also keep track of what's going on in another two company (e.g. past company, vendors, clients, competitors, or company which he plans to join). Once a member he has access to all the forums. He can also contact other users within the organisation.
